"We showed up around noon after a very long drive and they would not check us in until 3pm. The hotel obviously wasn't fully booked and there was no reason to refuse us a room (which we booked months in advance). Don't bother with this hotel. We were much happier last year at the Atlantis down the road. And at least at the Atlantis we weren't woken up several times in the night by the passing train. . ."
