"We arrived at 10 am and the room was not ready until 3pm. I know we were early to check in but after we tried again at 12pm and then at 2pm there was no extra help in getting our room ready. No I'm sorry's or apologies. After each check they said maybe in an hour. If they just told us check in was at 3pm we could have lived with that. We flew in Sat morn and was leaving Sun night. The room was a suite (1200 square ft). It would have been nice to change clothes or take a shower and unpack our clothes. It's not that they were mean just indifferent. Like they just didn't care either way."

"We stayed in the "cheaper" lodge rooms, our room card would not open the door to the heated pool at the tower. The Lodge pool was closed for winter. Not the best odds on video poker."
